Studio Policies 

Cancellation Policies:​

• We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice you will be charged 100% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment, as we are holding the time for you, turning away others. We appreciate your understanding.

• Group classes must have 2 participants scheduled to be held. If you're the only person signed up you can upgrade to a private session or reschedule to another day.

Studio Cancellation:

• The studio reserves the right to cancel a class, even within the 12-hour window before the scheduled class time, or without notice due to unforeseen circumstances or instructor needs. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, instructor needs, illness, emergencies, or to maintain the group class minimum requirement for an optimal experience for all participants. While we make every effort to provide advance notice of any class cancellations, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring immediate cancellation without prior notice.

Package Information:

• 5 pack and 10 packs will expire in 3 months 20 pack expires in 6 months

• Packages are non-refundable.

Studio Etiquette:

• Arrive on time to your scheduled class 

• wipe everything used after your class (towels and cleaning products are provided at the studio)

• Please silence phones and watches before class

• Leave phone in the dressing room

• No pets 

• No food or gum

• Only water is allowed next to equipment 

• Refrain from using any of the equipment before or after session without instructor supervision
